crcs.exe?

last night our PC was malfunctioning and i got my uncle checked it and i think he found out a new virus.
it was said that it first infected a computer on Jul 9,2008.Gee this virus blocks the internet connection and i think(my opinion) it could destroy the hard drive it infected because it digs itself in the Windows registry and database.
I also found out few information about it:

• its a cloaked malware
• The Process is packed and/or encrypted using a software packing process

1. Brazil on Jul 9 2008
2. Ukraine on Sep 24 2009

• Filename aliases

1. 73145236.EXE

• File sizes

1. 594,077 bytes
2. 22,016 bytes
3. 786,432 bytes

• The filename CRCS.EXE is used by multiple object types including objects and executable programs.
